COACHES
Travis Lishman
Travis is entering his fourth year with Flight Academy Volleyball. He also coached at Santa Ynez High School and serves as a member of the Flight Academy Volleyball Board. Travis brings strong local experience, a commitment to athlete development, and a steady leadership presence to the 15 Phoenix team.
Mike Savidan
Mike is beginning his first year with Flight Academy Volleyball. He has been involved with volleyball for many years and brings a strong appreciation for the game and its athletes. Mike is eager to continue learning, improve as a coach, and contribute to a positive and competitive team environment.
Ethan Capen
Ethan is beginning his first year with Flight Academy Volleyball. He currently coaches the boys volleyball program at St. Joseph High School in Santa Maria. Ethan brings current high school coaching experience and is excited to support the growth and development of the 15 Phoenix athletes.
